The Site Does Not Provide Dental or Medical Advice
All content on the Site, including descriptions of procedures such as All-on-4 dental implants, veneers, crowns, dentures, and root canal therapy, pricing information, blog articles, and videos, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed dentist.
- Reading the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us through the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship is established only through an in-person examination and acceptance as a patient of our practice.
- Treatment options, outcomes, timelines, and costs described on the Site are general in nature. Your candidacy for any procedure and your actual treatment plan can be determined only after a clinical evaluation by Dr. Ryan Nguyen, DDS, FICOI, or another licensed provider at our practice.

Appointment Requests
The Site allows you to request an appointment or consultation. Submitting a request does not guarantee or reserve an appointment. An appointment exists only after our staff contacts you and confirms a date and time.
