Cost and payment
How much does All-on-4 cost at Radiant Smile Dental and Implants?
Our published prices are per arch: $14,999 with acrylic (PMMA) teeth and a 1-year warranty, $17,999 with zirconia teeth and a 5-year warranty (current promotional price; regular price $18,999), and $22,999 for a Malo bridge (current promotional price; regular price $25,999).
The zirconia and acrylic prices include the consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, the implants, oral sedation with nitrous oxide, fixed temporary teeth, the final teeth and follow-up visits. IV sedation is optional and costs extra. Additional charges may be incurred for related services which may be required in individual cases.
Is the price per arch or for the whole mouth?
Per arch. An arch is your upper or your lower jaw, so a full mouth is two arches.
Does insurance cover All-on-4?
We are out of network with all insurance providers, and our team files claims on your behalf so you can receive any eligible reimbursement. Many plans treat implants as elective, but parts of treatment such as exams, extractions or temporary teeth may qualify for partial coverage. Benefits depend on your individual policy. 1
Can I finance it?
Yes. We work with CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance, and 0% APR plans are available. Approval and terms depend on the lender and your credit.
What does the free consultation include?
A 3D CT scan (a $200 value) at no charge, an exam, and a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Nguyen to go over your scan, your options and a clear cost estimate before any treatment begins. There is no obligation.
Am I a candidate?
Who is a good candidate for All-on-4?
Adults who are missing most of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth cannot be saved, are the people we usually evaluate. Your general health matters more than your age. The 3D scan at your consultation shows whether your jawbone can support the implants. 2
Will I need a bone graft?
Sometimes. It depends on your bone and on the extraction sites, and Dr. Nguyen decides case by case after the 3D scan. All-on-4 angles the back implants, which can reduce the need for larger staged grafts, but grafting may still be recommended around extraction or implant sites when it helps create better support. 3
I have diabetes. Can I still get All-on-4?
Often, yes, when it is well controlled. The FDA notes that implant failure may be more likely with uncontrolled diabetes, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons says patients with most chronic conditions, including diabetes, are usually successful candidates. Tell Dr. Nguyen about your diabetes and medications at the consultation. 4, 5
I smoke. Does that matter?
Yes. Smoking slows healing and raises the risk of implant problems; a large review found that smokers had about twice the risk of implant failure. Ask Dr. Nguyen how long to stop before and after surgery. 4, 6
Am I too old for implants?
There is no upper age limit. Your health is more of a factor than your age. 2
Surgery day and recovery
Do I leave with teeth the same day?
Most patients receive fixed temporary teeth the same day or within 24 hours. If an implant does not have enough initial stability, Dr. Nguyen may recommend letting the implants heal first, and you wear a temporary in the meantime.
Will I be asleep? What sedation do you use?
We use oral conscious sedation with nitrous oxide, together with local anesthesia, so you are relaxed and the area is numb. IV sedation is available as an option at extra cost. Plan for someone to drive you home.
How much does it hurt afterwards?
Expect soreness, swelling and some bruising for several days after surgery; that is a normal part of healing. You will go home with medication and written instructions, and the team is a phone call away. 7
How long is recovery?
Many people are back to work and normal routines within a few days to a week. You eat a soft diet while the implants heal, and Dr. Nguyen gives you your own timeline for moving to firmer foods. 8
When do I get my final teeth?
After the implants have fused with your jawbone, usually a few months after surgery. Integration typically takes about three to six months. 9
Results and care
How long do All-on-4 implants and teeth last?
Under ideal conditions implants can last a long time, but they are not guaranteed to last forever. Zirconia teeth average about 10 to 15 years with good care; acrylic teeth wear sooner and may need repair or replacement earlier.
Published studies report All-on-4 implant survival of about 93% to 99%, depending on the study and how long patients were followed (1 to 18 years). These are study results, not a promise for any one patient. 10, 11, 12
Should I choose zirconia or acrylic teeth?
Zirconia is stronger and stains less; acrylic costs less up front but wears and chips sooner. In one 2026 study, prosthetic problems were more frequent with metal-acrylic bridges (26.9%) than with zirconia (8.9%). Our zirconia arch carries a 5-year warranty and our acrylic arch a 1-year warranty. 13
How do I take care of them?
Clean around and under the bridge every day, and keep your implant cleanings and exams at Radiant Smile. We recommend every six months; an annual visit with us is required to keep the warranty valid.
How is All-on-4 different from dentures or snap-in dentures?
Traditional dentures rest on the gums and come out. Snap-in dentures clip onto implants and come out for cleaning. All-on-4 teeth are fixed to the implants and only the dentist removes them. Snap-in dentures cost less up front; fixed All-on-4 teeth feel and chew more like natural teeth. 3
