All-on-4 or Teeth in a day

  • At Radiant Smile, our All-on-4 dental implant treatment allows patients with missing or failing teeth to receive a permanent, full-arch smile supported by just four to six dental implants. Unlike removable dentures, this procedure restores full comfort, stability, and chewing function so you can eat, speak, and smile naturally again.

How It Works

  • This treatment starts by removing any remaining teeth and placing 4 to 6 implants per arch to support your new smile.

  • A custom fixed bridge attaches to the implants — secure, natural-looking, and doesn’t come out
  • Angled implant placement avoids sinus areas, often eliminating the need for bone grafting
  • Uses a modern, customized All-on-X approach based on your bone and smile design (not outdated acrylic teeth on metal)
  • Temporary fixed teeth are provided the same day while implants heal
  • Final teeth are crafted in zirconia — stronger, more natural, and easier to clean than acrylic
  • Zirconia teeth offer many benefits:

    • They’re more durable and long-lasting

    • They look and feel more like natural teeth

    • They resist stains and stay more hygienic over time

Frequently Asked Questions

The procedure typically takes a few hours, and many patients leave the office with a temporary set of teeth the same day.

Mild discomfort is expected during recovery. Your dental team will prescribe appropriate medications and provide detailed post-operative care instructions to support a smooth, comfortable healing process.

Immediate loading means a temporary tooth or bridge is attached on the same day (or within a few days) of placing the implant—only if the implant achieves strong initial stability and the bite can be properly balanced. This approach provides faster results and fewer appointments.
Delayed loading means the implant is left to heal for several months before attaching the restoration. This extra time allows the bone and gums to stabilize, creating a strong, predictable foundation. It’s often recommended when bone grafting is needed, bone quality is limited, or implant stability isn’t ideal at placement.
Both techniques can deliver excellent outcomes. Your treatment plan will be customized based on implant stability, bone health, and your individual healing response.

For some patients, snap-in dentures (also known as implant-retained overdentures) can be a suitable treatment option. They’re generally more affordable and can be a good choice for individuals who have oral hygiene challenges or who grind their teeth, since the removable design allows for easier cleaning and maintenance.
However, there are trade-offs. Snap-in dentures don’t offer the same level of stability, bite strength, or natural feel as the All-on-4 full-arch fixed bridge. They can still move slightly while eating or speaking, and typically provide less chewing efficiency and comfort compared to a permanently fixed solution.
At Radiant Smile, we’ll help you decide which option best fits your needs, comfort, and long-term goals.

All- On - 4 Procedure Time Line

Our All-on-4 treatment is a precise, digitally guided process that combines technology and artistry. Each smile is custom-designed for comfort, esthetics, and long-term function.

1. Free Consultation

We start with a complimentary evaluation. Dr. Nguyen will personally assess your case, review your 3D scan, and determine if you’re a good candidate for the All-on-4 procedure.

2. Digital Smile Planning

Using intraoral scanning, 3D imaging, and digital design software, your treatment is planned with pinpoint accuracy.

3. Surgery Day

Four to six implants are placed strategically to support your new smile. If you are a candidate for immediate loading, a temporary fixed PMMA bridge will be attached the same day or within 24 hours, allowing you to leave with a new set of teeth right away.
However, not all patients qualify for immediate loading. In some cases, we recommend a delayed loading approach, where the implants are left to heal for about four months while you wear a conventional denture. This healing period allows the bone to integrate fully with the implants, ensuring long-term stability and reducing the risk of implant failure.

4. Healing & Checkups
  • 2-week visit: We ensure healing is progressing and make minor bite or comfort adjustments
  • 1-month visit: Re-evaluation and hygiene review.
Final Restoration (5 Months Post-Surgery)

Once the implants have fully integrated, your final zirconia bridge is delivered—engineered for durability, precision, and lifelike
